We provide one stop service from design,molding,investment casting,CNC machining,heat-treatment and surface-treatment.Since 2010, Tianjin Dongkai Metal offers complete custom parts manufacturing capability.We can build all types of quality metal products in stainless steel,aluminum alloy and brass or other alloy. Our job is helping our customers to turn their concept or drawing to actual products. We have more than 15 years experience.Our customer is mainly in Europe,United States,Canada.Australia,Japan,Korea,New Zealand Mid East and other countries.
We possess a full set of foundry production line. and CNC Machining Center, CNC lathe,drilling and tapping center,grinding machine,milling machine and other equipment.We also have surface polishing and grinding equipment,heat treatment and other inspection equipment. The annual capacity is 1000 tons.
